In a last ditch effort to disrupt the upcoming vote for a seat on the Supreme Court, aspiring President and Attorney to Stormy Daniels, Michael Avenatti joined what is known as the “Stop Kavanaugh” movement by coming forward with a third alleged victim.
Julie Swetnick does not accuse Judge Brett Kavanaugh of harming or performing any sexual acts against her, she states that he was present when she was drugged and raped at a high school party 35 years ago.
Various news outlets have pointed to discrepancies with her timeline, according to her “Sworn Declaration” sans notarial stamp, sexual acts including rape committed by multiple boys took place on “approximately 1982”. Her age makes Mrs. Swetnick a graduate of high school in 1980 which means she attended high school gatherings while in college.
A 55 year old IT professional, the details of how Michael Avenatti and she ended up speaking are unclear, however her testimony declares an IRS clearance despite various legal and monetary issues in her recent past. Made public are recent unpaid taxes to the IRS, a judgement of $40,000 was placed against her only to be settled in March of this year in the amount of 40,303. Another lien against her was filed in Oct. 2, 2015.
What’s more, the Daily Caller reported a Portland Oregon company named Webtrends sued Mrs. Swetnick in November of 2000 with a defamation and fraud suit. According to her resume online Swetnick is found to have worked there and from December of 1999 to August of 2000. The case was later dismissed by Judge James R. Ellis.
