A court filing from Michael Flynn’s legal team allege FBI agents influenced interview records from when the late National Security Advisor was accused of making false statements to Robert Mueller. He claims the 2017 interview that led him to be charged by investigators were manipulated in a final attempt to have his case dismissed.

Michael Flynn’s Attorney Sidney Powell, by request of the former National Security Adviser, filed a 37 page petition on Thursday including several explosive allegations. Flynn’s attorney requested the government handover all information and materials pertaining to Flynn, requesting the court dismiss the entire case for misconduct and hold the FBI agents that pursued him in contempt.

The case began when the FBI interviewed Flynn about his discussions with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak. Michael Flynn gave a plea of guilty to the accusations of false statements to the former special counsel Robert Mueller in his investigation.

However his legal team has been on the offense with unresolved court proceeding, Powell claims the FBI manipulated Michael Flynn’s FBI 302 document used by prosecutors to sum up interviews.
